Helping families trade pressure for peace — one decision at a time.
Because your home should fit your family,
not the other way around.
When “more” stops feeling like better.
We get it. You’ve built the life you thought you were supposed to want — the big house, full calendar, picture-perfect everything — and yet, something still feels off.
You’re craving breathing room. Purpose. Simplicity. A rhythm that actually works for your family.
That’s exactly where the RightSize Revolution began — not with a marketing idea, but with a meltdown in a too-big house.
We learned the hard way that peace doesn’t come from square footage or status. It comes from living in alignment with what matters most.
As seen in and trusted by families across Acadiana and beyond.
We help families design homes and rhythms that match their values — not just their mortgage pre-approval.
-
Every home search starts with a family’s core values — not the MLS. We believe peace begins with clarity.
-
A move impacts everyone under your roof. That’s why our approach includes spouses, kids, and even future dreams.
-
We believe “enough” is holy ground. A smaller, peaceful life beats a bigger, busier one every time.
From overwhelm to alignment: how the RightSize Revolution began.
We were living the dream — or so we thought.
A beautiful house, great neighborhood, pool in the backyard… and yet, our marriage was strained, our schedule was packed, and our peace was gone.
Then one day, while renovating a smaller house, we realized that the space we planned to sell was actually the one our souls needed to stay.
We sold the “dream house” and moved into what we now call our “RightSize home.”
That single decision reshaped everything: our rhythms, our marriage, our finances, and our faith.
Now, through RightSize Revolution, we’re helping other families do the same — trade pressure for peace, excess for enough, and chaos for clarity.

Wes is a devoted husband and father of five whose life has always been rooted in leadership, service, and family. Before stepping into real estate, he was a certified school teacher, shaping young minds in both Acadiana and Brooklyn, New York. His passion for education and impact earned him the honor of Teacher of the Year in Acadiana—an achievement that reflects not just his skill, but his heart for people.
As life grew fuller and demands increased, Wes made the intentional decision to transition out of the classroom and into real estate, choosing a path that allowed him to lead his own family more closely. Over the years, he has guided his family through multiple home purchases and renovations, gaining firsthand experience in what it means to create a home that truly supports a family’s life.
Today, Wes brings that same teacher’s mindset into every client relationship. He doesn’t just help people buy and sell homes—he equips them to think differently, ask better questions, and make decisions aligned with their values. Whether through the work of the JW Home Group or the broader mission of the RightSize Revolution, Wes continues to do what he’s always done best: teach, guide, and lead others toward a better way of living.
Fun fact: Wes’s dream job would be restoring old homes — or hosting a BBQ in the backyard of one.
We believe peace can be practical and playful.
When we’re not helping families “RightSize” their lives, you’ll find us raising five kids, running a balloon business (yep, The Party Animals), and traveling the country in our RV — our dream is to take a gap year with our Senior across the country!
We’re equal parts spiritual and silly, and we think the best family conversations happen around the dinner table… or in the car between practices.
“Jenn and Wes didn’t just help us buy a home — they helped us find our peace. The process was unlike anything we’ve ever experienced.”
